GLM Israel has initiated the establishment of an acquisition group, which acquired a 463 sq m lot, located in the renewing area of Southern Tel Aviv.

A new 6.5-story building will be constructed, which will compose of 21 apartments and a store. All the apartments in this project have been sold.
