On a  540 sq m lot, located in the heart of the prestigious Borochov Quarter in Givatayim, stands an old detached house. GLM Israel has initiated the urban renewal project, which will include demolition of the existing structure that will be replaced by a new boutique building composed of 5.5 floors and 10 apartments, in accordance with the final architectural design and permit of the local authority.
