GLM Israel has initiated the establishment of an acquisition group, which acquired a parcel in the most attractive location in the heart of the Jaffa flea market. A new 3.5-story building has been constructed, which composed of 16 apartments and 4 duplexes. All the apartments in this project have been sold.

Project establishment has been finished and the building has been occupied.
