On a 280 sq m lot, conveniently located in the center of Tel Aviv, adjacent to Meir Park, currently stands a 2-story building with 3 apartments. GLM Israel has initiated a project, as part of which the structure will be demolished, and a new 5.5-story boutique building will be constructed.
