On a parcel of approximately 1,600 sq m in the heart of Givatayim, in the quiet part of Katznelson Street, stands a 2-story building. GLM Israel has initiated the urban renewal project, which will include demolition of the existing structure that will be replaced by two 8.5-story buildings composed of 51 apartments.

All apartments in the first building have been sold. Marketing of the second building is in progress (most of the apartments have already been sold). Several particularly attractive apartments are still offered for sale.
