On a 594 sq m lot, located in one of the most desirable areas of Ramat Gan, adjacent to Givatayim and conveniently accessible to Tel Aviv, GLM Israel has initiated an urban renewal project, which will include demolition of the existing building and construction of  10 floors and 30 apartments.
